1: what is the price of your products?

 The price list on our website is for mini order( 3-5 items) including shipping cost to USA,

  Canada, UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand.  Please contact us new price if you

  from other country. You could order in mix items ( Sunch  as one Shoes,one handbag,one

   T-shirt but still could get best price for 3 items )

  If you order more,we will give you discount.  Please email  for our company Price List. 

2. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes?

    Our company will e-mail the tracking number after we ship your order out.

3. When and how can I check on my order status?

     Normally, you could trace your packages on line after 2 working days.

4. How do I contact you if I have a question?

 5. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
　

    It is  usually  takes 5-7 business days to receive your order. Some

    items are shipped earlier. Business days do not include holidays,weekend.

     4 - 5(days): USA;Canada,Australia;,New Zealand

     5 - 7(days): UK, France;Germany;Switzerland;Spain;Sweden

    10 - 15(days): Portugal, Panama,Brazil, Argentina
