Shipping

Upon receiving your order and payment, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days.to ship  out your order and give you  tracking number available at Shipping takes 5-7 business days.

Shipping is made via EMS/TNT. But if you want to ship with T/T the price should be more expensive because more expensive shipping cost with TNT.

In some instances, there may be a customs charge applied to your package (very rare). This is the buyer's responsibility.

Return and exchange

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. If the shoes are defective after being worn, then please contact the manufacturer to get a replacement.

Please submit your return request by email to futureshoestrade@hotmail.com with the information requested below by simply copying and pasting the info requested and include them in the email you are sending and we will send you the details on how to send the shoes back for refund or exchange, usually within 1~4 hour after your email is received.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to futureshoestrade.com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.

Buyer pays for shipping back to futureshoestrade.com  in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will deal with your problem within 2 days.

Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: 
I don't want the shoes anymore" or " I ordered the wrong size or color". 
Colors of shoes are darker or lighter than shown on the picture.
